I am an illustrator based in the South East of England. My passion for art started at a young age with me constantly drawing at my little red table and chair in front of the tv. I am a slight late bloomer to the illustration game, as after school I put on hold my creative pursuits to not only study ancient history at university, but then enter the world of finance for 10 years. However creating stories and sharing those stories have always been my true love and in 2024 I decided to take the leap and follow this path.

As a purely self taught artist, I love experimenting with all types of mediums and subjects. I particularly enjoy combining traditional and digital methods, to keep the marks and texture that I love with traditional, while having the freedom and flexibility to add colour digitally. My aim is to produce illustrations and stories that have a hint of nostalgia and softness, while also being playful.

When I am not immersed in creating, I write my newsletter The Pencil Case which details my journey as an illustrator and juggling my life as a full time mother. It is a cosy space for me to share my thoughts on all things creative.
